CRM SolutionsAdoption & Support
Training and support until the team lives in the CRM.
Overview
Adoption & Support, in practice
Role-based training, admin cover for change requests, ongoing data hygiene and periodic optimisation reviews — because a CRM nobody opens is just an expensive spreadsheet.
Training built around each role, not one generic session Admin support so changes do not wait on a developer Duplicate and stale data cleaned on a schedule Reviews that retire the fields nobody ever fills in

Questions
Before you ask
Anything not covered here, call and ask. You will reach someone who works on Adoption & Support — not a call centre.
What does the training cover?
Each role gets its own session — what a rep does daily, what a manager reviews weekly, what an admin maintains — with a short reference guide they keep.
What if the team resists using it?
Usually that is a design problem rather than a discipline problem. We watch how they work, remove the fields that add no value, and make the CRM the fastest path instead of an extra step.
Is support ongoing or one-time?
Ongoing under a support agreement: change requests, admin help, data hygiene and periodic reviews.
